Set across 150 secluded acres in the Tweed Valley hinterland, Goodjinburra Forest is a cinematic, production-ready property blending dense rainforest, panoramic ocean views, natural water features, and total privacy. Designed for large-scale creative work, this expansive natural location offers a rare mix of versatility and visual power—all just 35 minutes from Coolangatta Airport and 40 minutes from Byron Bay.

This is a location that gives creative teams room to move. With over 3.5km of bush tracks, multiple distinct zones, and no surrounding noise or interference, Goodjinburra Forest is ideal for high-production TVCs, fashion campaigns, long-lens photography, and outdoor lifestyle shoots that require control, flexibility, and variety.

The natural features here are layered and diverse. Thick rainforest trails open to a private creek and natural rock waterfall—ideal for intimate scenes and organic motion. Elevated ridgelines offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, catching golden hour light and cloud movement in full cinematic scale. Three unique dams across the property each tell a different visual story, from fern-draped edges to sun-drenched open bush surrounds. There’s also a natural amphitheatre enveloped by tall trees, providing a dramatic and contained environment for stylised shoots or atmospheric narrative work.

Select locations on the property include access to power, and an air-conditioned site office with internet is available as an add-on. For stylised shoots or campaign content, a vintage bulldozer and excavator are also available as props. Crew transfers and 4WD transport can be arranged to suit your production needs.

Please note: access is via 4WD only, and terrain varies across the property. All production vehicles must be suitable for the conditions. A signed entry agreement and proof of Public Liability Insurance are required before arrival.
