For a few short weeks each year, our seasonal flower patch bursts into life with a breathtaking display of giant, creamy dahlias, creating a truly magical setting for photoshoots and film projects. Blooming from mid-March to early April, this rare and fleeting spectacle offers a limited-time opportunity to capture the beauty of these stunning blooms.

Set on our rustic farmhouse property in the Gold Coast hinterland, the flower patch is complemented by a charming weathered shed, adding depth and character to every shot. Whether you’re seeking a romantic, ethereal backdrop or a soft, natural aesthetic, this location delivers an enchanting countryside feel.

Additional rules information
-As Dahlia season is so short we don’t offer wet weather cover so please make sure that you and your clients are prepared to embrace wet weather if it should be raining on the day of your shoot. Photographers in the past have bought along aesthetically pleasing umbrellas for their clients and a hands-free umbrella for themselves and their gear. please note that we do our best to predict when our flowers are peak bloom however each season is different. -When we say each season is different, some years there will be an abundance of flowers some seasons there will be less. -We do everything in our power to make sure that the Dahlia patch is looking it’s best for your session. -As the days shorten and the nights cool down the plants will start to go dormant, meaning there wont be as many flowers and the quality of blooms may lessen too. Booking during the advised estimated peak bloom period will give best chance of peak quantity and quality blooms. -The flower season is short and therefore we will not be able to reschedule your shoot. -Pets and Children on shoots will be considered but must be approved prior. -Family Friendly content only.
