Sands North Byron has 2 compounds on the property. It is a large Private Oasis set 500m from the quiet white sand beach of South Golden Beach in Northern NSW.

The beach house style is relaxed beach luxury; the serenity is something very special. With open plan living the beach house is sure to cater for all styling and photoshoot needs. The large open kitchen and breakfast nook areas are stunning. The Kitchen has a servery window opening onto the front deck area.

The interior designed styling inside the beach house allow photoshoots to add on top or keep it neutral.

There is a large resort style pool. The pool cabana is a stunning timber decked area looking over the pool and lawns

Nature is a real highlight at Sands North Byron. With no surrounding neighbours Sands is very private. The backdrop is all palms, lush greenery and luxe lawns.

The barn is a real highlight of Sands North Byron. It has our unique and signature white sand floor inspired by the Maldives. The Barn is a very large space that can be used internally or externally for photoshoot backdrops.

The beach is a 2 minute walk up the street or you can walk through the nature reserve bush track. The track is a lovely 5-7 minute walk.
