With panoramic views of Mt Wollumbin (formerly Mt Warning), gently undulating paddocks, and rustic built structures, the property has a strong visual identity that translates effortlessly to both stills and motion.

Across its 15+ paddocks, the land moves between creek beds, rivers, and rolling hills, creating layered, shootable scenes with rich variation in tone and texture. Timber fences, wild grasses, and country pathways set a distinctly Australian tone—enhanced by three rustic sheds and scattered swing sets that add scale and charm.
