Outside, an expansive paved space stretches beneath the house (which is perched on stilts), creating a charming outdoor area perfect for entertaining. - Please note that there are several stairs to reach the house from street level. All very safe and easy to walk but approximately 100 of them. If the job requires lot of things brought in, we can pickup at the boat ramp and deliver to the house. Boat ramp is 1 minute drive from the house.
