Dune beach house is a 1970s cedar house situated 250 meters from the Rye back beach and has been restored in 2023 keeping original retro defining features including the 7 meter high full wood ceiling and impressive staircase mezzanine to the master suite. The home is filled with lux furniture and rugs from Sarah Ellison, Coco Republic, House Of Orange and Life Interiors to name a few. Lux bed linen from Cultiver and a collection of ceramic dinnerware will help create the perfect backdrop for a shoot or video content.
The home is filled with lamps and dimmable ceiling lights to assist in creating the perfect lighting for your production.
The front garden offers a large immaculate lawn area and the rear garden presents a view to the lush wild coastal landscape.
