This Italian villa style house is a unique space with a luxurious garden, lined with hedges and manicured plants. The outdoor space features a stunning pool with small conservatory. The parterre paved stone garden yard is filled with French/ Italian garden antiques that have been collected by the antique dealer owners over the years. There are two indoor living rooms with high ornate ceilings and French parquetry flooring which are decorated in a Venetian palazzo style with European antiques.

- There is a 3 hour minimum booking charge All furniture / decor items must NOT be moved without prior arrangement, this is very important as many items are Antique pieces. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
