Natural materials are used throughout the home amongst a backdrop of fresh white walls with an abundance of natural light. - We look forward to welcoming you. Please note this is a shoe free house :) We understand that models may might need to wear shoes, we just kindly ask that you could ensure the soles are clean from dirt, this is so we can minimise scratches and also keep the house safe for our little ones. No OnlyFans or adult content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. Please ensure camera, video & prop equipment have soft footing to protect timber floors. The house is directly opposite popular Staples bakery - great coffee and pastries. 3 min drive to Seaforth Shops and 8 min drive to Manly.

This home is EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely spotless, exactly like the pictures, and Kate was so easy to organise things with, even though this was a last minute booking. Her house is immaculate and there are so many different spaces to use to get fresh looks. Hopefully we have an opportunity to come back! Highly recommend.
