The Florida House | Palm Springs-Inspired Photoshoot Location | Gold Coast, QLD

The Florida House is a shoot-ready Palm Springs-style retreat located in the heart of the Gold Coast, QLD—purpose-built for high-impact visual storytelling. With its retro-luxe aesthetic, resort-style garden, and effortless indoor-outdoor flow, this space offers a curated backdrop for everything from fashion editorials to lifestyle content, branding campaigns, and youth-focused shoots.

At first glance, the freeform pool sets the tone. Wrapped by a lush garden of tropical planting and oversized palms, it’s a scene straight from a vintage postcard—elevated with blush and mint-toned daybeds, striped parasols, and polished white pavers that bounce soft light throughout the day. The surrounding styling feels intentional and editorial-ready, with every angle offering mood, colour, and depth. Whether you’re capturing poolside glamour or sun-drenched product shots, it’s a visual playground.

Step inside, and the tone shifts to soft and serene. A palette of sun-washed pinks, natural timbers, and terrazzo textures creates a calming backdrop for interiors work. The open plan layout centres around the pool, with large glass doors connecting each room directly to the garden—giving crews the freedom to shoot multiple zones without interruption. Natural light filters in all day, softened by gallery-white walls and polished timber floors that make every corner feel bright and usable.

The living zone features custom built-in seating in dusty rose with ribbed white bases, paired with a circular tiled coffee table and mid-century pendant lighting. It’s a quiet, composed scene that invites styling but never competes with it. Across the home, furniture is kept minimal and considered—making it easy for stylists, photographers, and creatives to adapt the space to their vision.

Outdoors, a private basketball court adds an unexpected layer of grit and energy—ideal for sportswear, streetwear, or youth-driven shoots. For teams looking to build a visual story around classic Americana or bold editorial concepts, a vintage Mustang is available on request as a hero prop. It’s an instant scene-setter, whether parked poolside or positioned for dramatic wide shots.

From brand campaigns and fashion lookbooks to product launches and relaxed family lifestyle shoots, The Florida House offers versatility without compromise. Located on the Gold Coast, QLD, it's a seamless experience for crews—easy access, flexible zones, and a shoot-friendly layout that balances atmosphere with function.

Every surface, corner, and curve has been designed to serve the lens. Whether you need crisp interiors, bold garden moments, or effortless natural light, this Palm Springs-inspired haven delivers on mood and usability.
