Our newly renovated, 3 bedroom beachside home is very sweet, has an 1970’s retro style along with all the mod cons. A lovely pergola deck which lines one side of the house is great for morning breakfast or a laid back lunch. First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and double basin sink, and a separate toilet. Spacious kitchen contains gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Laundry contains a washing machine with a large clothesline outside. House is south facing so the morning sun shines through the living room which keeps it warm in winter. Native gardens surround the house with banana, pawpaw and passionfruit trees growing wild – lovely garden to walk around and listen to the birds singing each day. Located in a small beach community with great local cafe’s, takeaway and shops walk away. Beautiful quiet Mudjimba beach only a 200metre walk from the house. Marcoola is a 10 min drive from Sunshine Coast airport, 25min drive from Noosa, 15min drive from Maroochydore, 1hr drive from Brisbane.
