The hero feature is 8 metres of floor-to-ceiling windows, pouring in direct light from 7 am to 4 pm daily. Sheer, light-diffusing curtains allow you to shape and soften the light with ease, while the concrete floors lend an industrial edge that contrasts beautifully with greenery and styled setups. Whether you’re working with flash, ambient light, or mixed lighting, the space adapts effortlessly to your creative process.

Inside, the studio is intentionally open and versatile. White and black walls offer dual backdrop options, and a floral wall adds texture and warmth for lifestyle or maternity shoots. A movable partition wall allows you to reconfigure the space for custom framing or scene creation. The included props—Neewer constant light, Godox AD200, reflector, DSLR tripod—mean you can walk in and start creating without needing to bring your full kit.

Styling elements like the green corduroy couch (which folds out into a bed), a glass coffee table, multiple seating options, and an array of stools give you multiple looks without overcomplicating the set. A ladder is on hand for overhead angles, and lush plants are placed throughout to keep the space feeling fresh and alive.

You’ll also have access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, and with a coffee shop right next door, it’s easy to break up long shoot days or meet with clients on-site.
