The heart of the home is a large open-plan kitchen and studio area anchored by American oak timber flooring and a designer kitchen tailored by an interior stylist. With neutral finishes, clean cabinetry, and considered proportions, the space serves as a bright, flexible canvas for everything from brand lookbooks to lifestyle shoots. Oversized artworks are in place but can be removed as needed, offering full flexibility to bring your creative vision to life.

Step outside and you’ll find a private backyard framed by lush tropical gardens. The alfresco area includes a built-in BBQ, poolside lounge seating, and a serene pool zone that’s ideal for summer content, resort-inspired campaigns, or family-focused lifestyle stories.
