Modern Palm Springs | Tropical Luxury Shoot Location | Brisbane, QLD

Welcome to Modern Palm Springs, a striking inner-city Brisbane home that channels luxury, light, and layered texture in every direction. Set among tropical palms and sculptural landscaping, this architectural shoot location brings the warmth and glamour of a modern Palm Springs aesthetic to a lush, subtropical backdrop—ideal for fashion editorials, lifestyle content, or high-end film and TV production.

From the moment you arrive, crazy paving, curated plantings, and natural materials signal the home’s unmistakable character. Inside, 6-metre ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing flood the space with light, bouncing off natural stone, timber cabinetry, and soft brass accents. Every surface—ledges, steps, and custom joinery—has been designed with form and flow in mind, offering endless opportunities for stylised portraits, movement shots, and spatial storytelling.

The oversized kitchen is a hero space, grounded by over 16 metres of marble benchtops and anchored by a luxurious butler’s pantry—perfect for culinary content, lifestyle campaigns, or editorial-style kitchen moments. Timber cabinetry and warm tones soften the luxe material palette, creating an elegant yet inviting tone throughout.

Step outside and the energy shifts to resort-style calm. An arched pool surrounded by lush greenery serves as a natural focal point for swimwear, wellness, or summer-themed shoots, while the curved patio and designer outdoor furniture add sculptural interest and soft layers to every frame. A private outdoor shower rounds out the scene, giving your shoot location that "tropical escape" feel just minutes from Brisbane CBD.

While the home is expansive and shoot-ready across every zone, please note that children's bedrooms are not available for use. However, the main living areas, kitchen, pool, and outdoor entertaining zones offer ample flexibility and visual variety.

With air-conditioning, natural light throughout, and a grounded yet elevated design language, Modern Palm Springs is a space that delivers impact and ease. It’s a setting built for bold concepts, cinematic framing, and contemporary storytelling—right in the heart of Brisbane.
