Deluxe event and co is a private, lush sanctuary. This beautiful estate is only 25 minutes from Sydney CBD situated on 2.5 acres of pure bliss.

This modern farm house will make your next photoshoot, event or film clip so divine, or maybe you want to run your own health and wellness event, use all the facilities and spoil your guests rotten!!

Immerse yourself in nature, sit under the majestic swing with lights that immerse the space with a twinkling twilight show.  Enjoy our solar heated pool and gas heated spa or just enjoy the tranquility from the top of the hill. There is an onsite private cabana with a 360 degree wrap around balcony. The indoor cabana has a ‘Las Vegas’ retro theme with a bar kitchenette and bathroom, but if that doesn’t suit your theme we can drape the whole wall with beautiful white linen curtains, that is suitable for many events and perfect for photography.

The house is modern farmhouse with a 10X12 metre pool that overlooks the lush green paddocks with ample outdoor seating areas. There are also beautiful stables which feature our friendly halter trained alpacas that can be used as props. The magical energy of the land will have you feeling relaxed and nourished just by being here.

By day, explore the grounds, from the top of the hill overlooking the nearby fields to the lush green flat, private paddocks. By night relax under the festoon lights in our rustic chairs that are surrounded on the property or better yet dip your toes into the salt solar heated pool and float away in a private sound healing meditation session. There are two water slides for the extra adrenaline fun, plenty of flat parking area and a abundance of bird life.
