Externally the home screams modern coastal but as you step inside you feel as though you are transported to a Mediterranean oasis. The home consists of a grand entry with high ceilings, an open plan living that flows out to the deck and pool and the walls feature VJ panelling, oak shelving and lots of natural light. A white rendered wall on the deck acts as the perfect backdrop as do the many styled spaces throughout the home. The kitchen is a stand out and would be perfect for cooking / cocktail demonstrations as it has a gas strut window that opens to the deck for entertaining.

Two freestanding baths in beautiful bathrooms are the perfect backdrop for lifestyle shots or product photography.

The tropical garden is filled with lush green leaves and is the perfect backdrop for brands that scream summer. Complete with rendered outdoor shower, white rendered walls with large arch niche, timber boardwalk and stone crazy paved area its the ultimate in indoor and outdoor shoot locations.
