Casita | Mediterranean Coastal Shoot Location | Shoalhaven, NSW

Tucked away in Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast—just 2.5 hours from Sydney—Casita is a light-filled Mediterranean-style retreat purpose-built for visual storytelling. With microcement bench tops, rendered walls, and dappled light spilling across rustic concrete floors, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers a warm, curated canvas for content creation of every kind.

Designed with intention and filled with natural textures, Casita draws on coastal and Mediterranean influences to create a soft, open environment that feels both timeless and editorial. The interiors feature a relaxed living area and open-plan kitchen styled with Australian-designed furniture, layered textiles, and carefully chosen decor—every piece available for use during shoots. The palette is clean and white, allowing your product or concept to lead while the home quietly supports it in the background.

Natural light plays a starring role here. It shifts and dances across surfaces throughout the day, offering multiple shooting moments across zones. Inside, microcement benchtops and painted concrete floors act as sculptural surfaces—inviting stills, flatlays, or lifestyle setups. Whether you're capturing branding content, editorial stills, or fashion and homewares campaigns, Casita offers that effortlessly styled aesthetic creatives are searching for.

Outdoors, the property expands your options. A cactus garden, outdoor shower, fire pit, grassed yard, and side verandah provide multiple exterior locations, all with consistent styling and a calm, tonal backdrop. Whether shooting barefoot wellness content or laid-back entertaining scenes, each zone flows naturally into the next.

With a maximum of 10 guests onsite, Casita is ideal for small to mid-sized productions. The kitchen (and all appliances) are available for use, and hosts welcome teams to make the most of the home’s decor and layout. The vibe is relaxed, grounded, and highly shootable from every angle.

If your brief calls for clean lines, sun-washed surfaces, and slow, considered detail—Casita in Shoalhaven is ready to bring it to life.
