Waukivory Estate | Luxury Country Cottage Shoot Location | MidCoast Council, NSW

Tucked into the lush hills of Waukivory, just 20 minutes from Gloucester and on the doorstep of Barrington Tops, Waukivory Estate offers a timeless country backdrop rich in natural beauty, peace, and quiet charm. This beautifully appointed luxury cottage is the kind of place that invites you to slow down, stretch out, and create content that breathes.

The surrounding landscape is classic dairy and cattle country—open skies, rolling fields, and the gentle rhythm of rural life. Inside the cottage, soft light pours in across every space, casting a warm glow on clean, calming interiors. The home blends rustic textures with simple elegance, making it the perfect canvas for lifestyle shoots, intimate product campaigns, branding content, or editorial stories anchored in authenticity.

Every corner of the cottage has been considered for comfort and visual appeal. Air-conditioning and a fireplace keep the temperature just right year-round, while large windows and thoughtful styling give the space a relaxed, lived-in quality that translates effortlessly on camera. With Wi-Fi throughout, you can shoot, stream, or stage without interruption.

Outside, the experience deepens. An outdoor shower offers a tactile, earthy moment for wellness or slow-living content. Wide open lawns, distant hills, and natural light from sunrise to golden hour make the grounds ideal for seasonal, family, fashion, or nature-led creative briefs. And with Seal Rocks and the Mid North Coast only an hour away, you’re close to both beach and bush—offering the chance to capture a full visual story across multiple locations.

Whether you're producing a weekend editorial, a slow fashion lookbook, or a styled interiors shoot, Waukivory Estate delivers a rare blend of serenity, space, and soft beauty—just three hours from Sydney and miles away from the noise.
