Multi-use warehouse space set up for creative and event hire located in Milton, Brisbane.

Top floor has two large office spaces with a green velvet couch setting in one, and a meeting table and chairs in the other. All furniture is removable and the spaces could be transformed into a variety of different sets.

The ground floor is 430m/s, so plenty of space for setting up a photography studio (backdrop and lighting equip avail), or using the pre-existing curtains or custom timber backdrop. There is high ceilings and a multitude of power outlets to allow for lighting rigs to be set up. If any equipment, flats or dressing needs to be brought in, there is easy direct one level access from the carpark.

On our basement level we have two rooms that could be used as a cast greenroom or costume/HMU areas. We also have a sound proof recording studio on this floor with mics, mixing board
