This property is located in the Gold Coast Hinterland only a few minutes of the M1. When you arrive you will first fall in love with the privacy and space of the 3 acre property.
The brand new custom home sits on top of the hill with the alfresco area and pool over looking the lush lawns and high trees.
The home has an open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with huge 6 metre glass stacker doors with a glass feature window above letting in plenty of natural light to this area along with a gas strut window and servery bench. The high pitched ceilings and oak floorboards are throughout the inside of the home with cream tiles to the exterior. - ~ Please no shoes in the home unless they are in the photoshoot, then please make sure the soles are clean from dirt. ~ Models with oils or bronzer on please don't sit or lay on the light colour furniture without something underneath you protecting it. ~ Please no flushing of hygiene items as we are on a septic tank. ~ Owner has the right to amend or add rules and terms prior to confirming service. ~ Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for bookings so we can have the home looking its best for you.

Such a perfect shoot location with beautiful natural light. So many wonderful photo opportunities. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely choose this location again.

We booked this location for a photoshoot, and our time here was fantastic. I’d come back again in a heart-beat. So much natural light, and there’s so many different spaces in the home to shoot different scenes. And the welcome basket was a wonderful touch too. The host was very inviting. I’ll definitely be booking this space again soon

Love shooting at this venue, we have been back 3 times already! Such a great mix for inside and outside and the host is fabulous!
