Grays Point Waterfront | Hamptons Coastal Photoshoot Location | Grays Point, NSW

Set on the deep waterfront in Grays Point, NSW, this newly renovated home channels a luxe coastal Hamptons aesthetic with crisp whites, natural textures, and uninterrupted water views. Every angle of the property has been thoughtfully styled and designed with light, scale, and versatility in mind—making it a powerful backdrop for content creation, campaigns, and film.

The layout flows effortlessly across multiple levels, with open-plan kitchen, living, and dining spaces at its heart. Timber floors bring warmth and texture inside, while tiled outdoor zones keep things clean and practical for larger crews. The palette throughout is restrained and refined—white walls, stone finishes, and soft coastal tones—offering a neutral yet elevated canvas that works across interiors, fashion, and lifestyle shoots.

A standout feature is the bottom level: a full wall of floor-to-ceiling glass that frames sweeping views of the bay. This area includes a gym and a pool table, creating both functional base zones and interesting backdrops. Every bedroom in the home is generous in size and oriented toward the water—ideal for relaxed, light-filled editorial setups. The main bedroom includes a private balcony that captures the view at its most expansive.

Additional production-friendly features include a butler’s pantry, two laundries, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace. Outside, an outdoor shower adds that classic Hamptons coastal touch, and there's a boat launch available for hire—allowing creators to capture the property from the water for cinematic, reverse-angle shots.

This Grays Point location is ideal for shoots that demand space, light, and polish. Whether you're producing a fashion campaign, filming lifestyle content, or capturing editorial stills, the home offers both beauty and functionality—with easy access, generous zones, and consistent visual payoff.
