Located on the second floor of Creative Citadel in North Sydney, LOFT C is a residential-style creative loft designed for premium content production, stills, and high-end brand storytelling. With exposed 1900s lime-render brickwork, original timber beams, vaulted ceilings, and a material palette of marble, steel, brass, and cement, this is a space where texture, tone, and natural light come together to create serious visual impact.

The show-stopper? A 4-metre statement kitchen island crafted from Viola marble, cement, steel, and brass—a centrepiece built for cooking content, styled tablescapes, beauty flatlays, or simply as a sculptural backdrop to anchor your creative direction.

LOFT C includes three styled bedrooms, two bathrooms, two outdoor terraces, a full laundry, and expansive open-plan living and kitchen zones. Each room is layered with high-end finishes and design-led details that allow for multiple scenes and moods across a single shoot day.

Natural light pours through the loft’s large windows and skylights, bouncing off soft, neutral surfaces and luxe industrial fittings. Designed for professional crews, LOFT C includes 40 amp 3-phase power, direct truck access, and internal lift access—making bump-in and production logistics seamless. The space can also be extended with access to other areas of Creative Citadel (available on request), ideal for multi-set productions or layered event activations.
