Tucked into the lush hills of Tweed Heads, just 10 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and 35 minutes from Byron Bay, La Loma House is a photographer-designed, Mediterranean-style shoot location made for content creation. From its limewashed walls to the sunken courtyard, every inch of this half-acre property has been considered with visual storytelling in mind.

At the heart of the home is an airy 45m² studio space, designed as a clean, serene backdrop for creative teams. French pattern travertine floors, neutral furnishings, microcement detailing, and soft light filtering through 6m colonial glass doors and a raked skylight set the tone—natural, textural, and timeless. The studio includes a built-in kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, open timber-shelved robe, and climate control, creating a fully functional environment for styling, shooting, and resetting throughout the day.

As a stylist and photographer herself, the host has curated an extensive library of props—ceramics, hats, textiles, bags, and more—all available to support your creative direction. Every zone is layered with versatility and ready to adapt to multiple looks within a single session.

Step outside to the hero of the property: a 220m² sunken courtyard surrounded by undulated white rendered walls, antique Indian doors, and a soaring date palm that throws sculptural shadows across the space throughout the day. Off-white French-laid pavers and built-in rendered seating complete the scene, offering a visually rich, open-air set for fashion campaigns, lifestyle content, and product shoots with a resort-like feel.

Beyond the courtyard sits a newly added rendered shed with Spanish roof tiles, Indian windows, and a curved built-in bench facing out to the green valley beyond. It’s a soft, organic scene that feels lifted straight from a Balearic hillside—perfect for editorial storytelling or tranquil brand visuals.

La Loma House is still expanding, with more areas—including a pool, bungalow, outdoor kitchen, and patio—coming soon. During this phase, occasional trades may be onsite (away from current shoot zones), and pricing reflects the evolving nature of the location.
