Welcome to ‘Kythira House’,  inspired by the Mediterranean!

Our haven is conveniently located in Southern Gold Coast just a short 12 minutes from Coolangatta Airport.  Our newly renovated home offers polished concrete floors, VJ panels and an abundance of natural light.

Inside you will find a selection of bathrooms all with luxurious finishes. There is a selection of different tapware to suit your needs. We feature brass, copper and brushed nickel for you to choose from. The master ensuite has arched glass shower screens and entrances. All 4 bathrooms have venetian plastered walls, and stand alone baths in 2 bathrooms.

The simple open plan kitchen and butlers pantry are an entertainer’s delight, with a huge island bench for product placement.

To the left of the kitchen we offer VJ paneled walls and a combination of plantation shutters and semi sheer curtains which makes for a dreamy shot.

Outside, we have a variety of shoot locations to offer. The relaxed coastal vibes with a touch of the Mediterranean, expand from our glorious pergola with its Uniqwa latte poles and arched wall complete with niches.

Our pool is tiled with travertine and features a curved outdoor shower complete with curved bench seat. Perfect for model shots

The front outdoor area features a drift wood barn door, mosaic feature wall and travertine steppers with a feature palm. This space truly makes you feel as if you have been whisked away to another country.
