Set in Hervey Bay, this unique architecturally designed beach house features ocean views of K’gari and beyond, located on ocean frontage in Fraser coast region of Queensland. The property features a gourmet kitchen, dining and living space for the ideal indoor, outdoor living style. This immaculate space would make a great backdrop for a range of photoshoots, as well as videography campaigns and even events.
From the the living and dining room are infinite sea views to K’gari (Fraser) island on one side, and views of landscaped garden with an ancient poinciana tree, with shaded verandas for alfresco dining. This space is a great fit for TV series, shoots and catalogues with multiple spaces to shoot around. Brought to life by MLD Studio and built in 2023, this property is bathed in natural sunlight, spacious open plan living and dining areas. Externally, the residence is clad in Australian hardwoods with black highlights and barestone concrete look panels. Verandahs surround the property and wide eaves provide shading in the summer months while welcoming in the lower sun during the short winters. Internally the beach house is light and airy with tall vaulted ceilings and highlight windows providing natural sunlight at all hours of the day.

- Use of property subject to prior approval and adherence to terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions K’gari views has a strict occupancy limit of 8 crew (maximum) on site during film & photography shoots at any one time. Any additional persons on site must be pre-approved by the owners in writing, at the time of booking.The Company/Partner engaging the property as a location for means of film and photography must take full responsibility of talent and/or crew on location for the duration of the shoot.The Company/Partner engaging the property as a location is solely responsible for any equipment and/or merchandise brought on site for the duration of photoshoot. Damage incurred to equipment and/or merchandise onsite is the sole responsibility of the party shooting at the property. K’gari views as a location is provided to The Company/Partner engaging the site as a location as a completely styled home. In the event that the property is damaged and or décor elements are removed from the property, The Company/Partner engaging the site as a location will be invoiced for damages and or theft accordingly. Guests are not permitted to bring any animals onto the property. Given K’gari views is first and foremost an accommodation offering all elements of décor on site have been styled with overnighting guests needs at the fore. Delivery of Props / Packages prior to shoot day is the sole responsibility of the Company/ Partner engaging property as a shoot location. K’gari views kindly requests that all props/packages are delivered to the location within the allocated times of the confirmed film & photography booking. K’gari views is a family home and we partner exclusively with brands that resonate with, and respect our values. In consideration of all members of our community, we restrict certain content and as such, we kindly request that planned content/concepts are clearly communicated with our team prior to confirming your booking. Should a shoot run over time, K’gari views reserves the right to invoice AUD$550 for every hour over the agreed time. Engaging parties must return a signed copy of agreement at time of booking, agreeing to full comprehension of the enclosed Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so may result in the booking being terminated.
