📸 Rates & Booking Information

• $500 per hour (minimum 4-hour booking)
• Base rate includes up to 15 people on site
• Additional fees apply for:
  • Larger crews or extended hours
• Bookings are subject to a location fee and security bond
• All productions must provide current Public Liability Insurance

📏 House Rules

To help us protect and preserve the space, please follow these guidelines:

• Access is limited to the confirmed booking period only
• No adult content (e.g. OnlyFans or sexually explicit material)
• All furniture must remain in place unless movement is approved in advance
• Shoes must be removed indoors – clean socks or indoor shoes only
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the property
• Noise must be kept to respectful levels – residential street
• All vehicles must follow street parking rules and not block driveways
• List of attendees must be submitted and approved prior to shoot day
• The space must be left clean and as found – cleaning fees may apply if not
