Fully furnished with modern 8-10 seat circular table and fixed pergola, 2 sunbeds, 4 lounge chairs and side tables. the fire pit has 2 sun umbrellas. The pergola has adjustable shading, a fan and 2 heaters. Parking for 1 car is available in a secure basement with lift and stair access to the outdoor area. A single toilet and shower is available. Gas is available for you to bring your own BBQ. Cold water at balcony and at garden level is available.
