- Terms of Hire 1. Please be mindful with noise as we do share with surrounding businesses in the area. 2. Please take care with all furnishings and styling pieces in the studio. If anything is damaged during the time of hire it will include a damage or replacement fee. 3. Please be mindful when moving furniture and mirrors around to suit your styling needs to take extra care. Note - mirrors are only leaning on walls for the convenience of moving around to suit each brands needs when shooting. Please take care to make sure mirrors are leaning correctly to avoid falling and not to be leaned on or knocked with furniture. 4. The upstairs area is not apart of the booking hire and is not to be used during the hire period. 5. Parking is allocated by tenancy, please ensure your staff/models/photographers etc utilise the street parking. 6. The studio must be kept clean and tidy as it was when you arrived.

Dreamy Studio is an absolutely stunning location, fit for any shoot. The studio was impeccably designed and perfectly tidy. Lauren was fantastic to deal with. I will certainly be back again!
