Cypress Bilinga | Luxury Industrial-Coastal Shoot Location | Gold Coast, QLD

Tucked into the quiet southern coastline of Bilinga, Cypress is a four-level architectural showpiece designed by Shane Denman Architects and built with meticulous precision by Merico Constructions. Just two minutes from Coolangatta Airport, this elevated Gold Coast shoot location combines industrial edge with coastal luxury—creating a bold, highly styled environment that’s made for brand campaigns, editorial shoots, and premium film production.

From the moment you enter through the tropical courtyard, past the circular plunge pool and into the multi-level interiors, the fusion of raw materials and refined detail is clear. Exposed concrete, custom brickwork, steel-framed lines, warm timber, and layered natural textures deliver visual contrast and sculptural moments at every turn. The home’s floor-to-ceiling glass lift makes accessing each shoot zone seamless while acting as an architectural focal point itself.

Across four levels, you’ll find an abundance of styled spaces to work with:

Ground Level – Circular plunge pool surrounded by lush landscaping, courtyard terrace, an art-filled family room, oversized laundry, and powder room.

First Floor – The heart of the home, featuring an open-plan kitchen with timber veneer cabinetry, marble benchtops, butler’s pantry, dry bar, and dining and living spaces. A curved concrete outdoor dining setting sits beneath a planted terrace—ideal for styled shoots or alfresco table scenes.

Second Floor – A curved timber feature wall defines the home office, while two styled bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and desks. The main bathroom offers a double shower, marble vanity, and natural light. The half-floor master suite is a standout: curved open-plan ensuite with ocean views, soaking tub, double vanity, and extensive timber cabinetry.

Top Level – A private rooftop entertaining space with wet bar, full bathroom, bar fridge and panoramic views stretching from Snapper Rocks to the northern Gold Coast. Sunrise and sunset shoots take on a cinematic quality from this vantage point.

With three outdoor zones, multiple curated backdrops, and both raw and refined surfaces, Cypress Bilinga is purpose-built for creative flexibility. Whether you're shooting fashion, producing a campaign, filming a feature, or capturing luxury lifestyle content, this home delivers both atmosphere and architectural drama.

Positioned right next to a local café and just minutes from the airport, Cypress offers prestige, privacy, and practicality for discerning creators.
