An upstairs sitting room leads to a balcony with valley views. Open side and backyard lead from alfresco to a beautiful sparkling swimming pool with cabana. The cabana offers a kitchen and bathroom.

Location house is in Hamilton Hill, 8 mins from Fremantle and 5 mins from Coogee beach. Available to hire for photo shoots, filming and workshop events.
