Open plan design supporting maximum light, blackbutt timber floorboards throughout. Large kitchen with all new appliances, three dining areas available including the kitchen/ breakfast bench (5 stools). Indoor dining table (seats 6) and large covered deck with outdoor setting (seats 8).

The lounge area has two three seater lounges and a gas fireplace.

Main bedroom includes king bed, ensuite, block out blinds, large window views into the private backyard.

Main bathroom features large stone bath, large shower and floor to ceiling tiles.

Second bedroom includes one king single bed, plantation shutters.

Third bedroom includes one king single bed, and a lounge that folds out to a queen bed, also with plantation shutters.

We have a selection of children’s toys, books, puzzles, games, separate kids tv, dvd player and two desks. Please let me know what age your children are so I can leave out suitable toys.

Ceiling fans throughout as the coastal breeze keeps this design cool in summer.

Internal large laundry.

We lock the fourth room for storage as there are no additional beds in it.

The backyard is large, fenced and landscaped for maximum privacy.

The house is 1 storey with 3 wide stairs from the yard to the back deck. No stairs once inside.

The house runs on solar power when the sun is shining.
