Light & Airy Coastal Boho style home located in Brighton/Sandgate waterfront. Featuring a stunning open-plan kitchen perfect for chefs, and food photography. There are 5 bedrooms, and a library/piano room. All these spaces are ideal for personal branding shoots, portraiture, and fashion shoots.
Please Note: we have a separate guest retreat on the property called the ‘Kiteshed’, which we list on airbnb, but also the perfect place to stay if you require accommodation while on the shoot.

- Please be kind to our old wooden floors as we can't polish them again, and would ask that if moving furniture you lift and place them correctly (not drag) thanks. Also high heels can be worn on verandah's just not to be walked through the house please. You are welcome to move furniture and cushions around to mix and match we just ask that you return to it's original spot when you leave thanks.

Went above and beyond and the venue was absolutely stunning. I was so pleased with the result and the photos are gorgeous. The place is styled with no detail missed and not only did we get some great lifestyle shots but a lot of other gorgeous shots for the website. Will recommend to family, work associates and friends!

Once again we’ve had a wonderful experience with an Aloca location. The house is fantastic, incredibly versatile for our photoshoot needs, and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Would love to come back!
