The custom-built pergola featuring a large floating day bed is the perfect place to take in the surrounding beauty this property has to offer. The unique custom-built steppers provide access to the expansive lawn and large firepit area, perfect for a sunset shoot.
Indoors you will have access to the lower level of the house featuring a lounge area looking out to the pool, custom stepper, grassed area and out to the valley. In the dining area you will find a custom built in bench seat beautifully framed by Jen Sievers artwork. There is also a kitchenette area, bedroom with full length mirror and ensuite. These spaces can be used for photoshoots or simply used as a changeroom or storage area. The office includes tables and stools providing the perfect location to prepare hair and makeup.
The front of the house features amazing floaters steps, stone pillars, white retaining wall with overhanging silver fall plants. You will also find a timber bench seated area to take in the view over the pool and the rest of the property should you be looking for a lush tropical back drop.
