The outdoor zones are the crown jewel of the property. A 10x5m heated oval mineral pool sits at the heart of the entertaining space, surrounded by lush tropical planting, a troweled burnished concrete finish, and signature floating steppers that lead down to an expansive lawn and firepit zone. A timber pergola shelters a floating daybed and cane hanging chair—ideal for swimwear shoots, fashion stories, or relaxed editorial content. From sunrise to golden hour, the entire space is bathed in beautiful, consistent light.

Inside, the home is just as considered. The upper level opens into a light-drenched kitchen, living, and dining space with a neutral palette, white tiled splashback, timber island bench, and soft coastal styling throughout. The top balcony provides elevated views over the pool and valley—perfect for overhead or pulled-back lifestyle shots.

Four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are available, including a master suite with an oversized double shower and a main bathroom with a sculptural freestanding tub. Downstairs, the lower living area opens to the pool and garden, with additional zones that work as either shoot spaces or production bases. A built-in bench framed by Jen Sievers artwork, a kitchenette, and a full-length mirror in the guest bedroom make this level ideal for prep, hair/makeup, or quick content grabs.

Out front, Casa Este continues to deliver. Floaters steps, stone pillars, and a white retaining wall create a clean, textural façade, softened by silver fall plants and framed by a timber bench that captures wide-angle views of the pool and property.
