- Your booking time must include all set up, packing and cleaning. We kindly ask that you are mindful when using heavy makeup, fake tan, body oil that can be transferred to furniture fabrics. A cleaning fee may be charged for any damage, marks or stains. Please be transparent with the intended use as this is a family home. The owner reserves the right to be onsite at all times and will work from within the property at his/her discretion.
