- Terms of Hire: 1. Please take care of all furnishings styling, decor and accessories in the showroom. If any damage occurs during the time of hire it will include a replacement fee. 2. Furniture must stay in allocated space unless requested prior to relocate. 3. The office area is not included in booking hire. This is not to be used during the hire period. 4. Parking is allocated by tenancy, please ensure you use spots allocated, alternatively there is ample street parking. 5. The showroom must go back to original condition once hire is completed. This includes cleaning back to original state.
