Overlooking lush green paddocks our Yoga/Meditation Studio is white and bright with lots of natural light streaming through the huge windows. Positioned on Cabarita Beach Farm, the studio is fresh and clean with light timber vinyl plank floors and white walls.

The space is approximately 10m x 10m and is extremely private and overlooks the magestic green paddock with a beautiful old Grandfather pine. Studio use includes foyer, and private guest bathroom in same building.

The studio includes a downstairs foyer and private toilet and fridge and undercover outdoor area. There is also a white space clean white wall that could be utilsed as an additional photography area.

The studio space is neat and empty. It is perfectly suited to photoshoots, videography and indoor eventss such as group wellness classes, meetings, workshops or meditation.
