About this space

Situated in gardens and bushland at the top of Elanora Ridge, our studio is a rustic space that reflects its hinterland location.

With vaulted ceilings made from reclaimed timbers, vintage windows and french doors, the studio has a rustic charm, and plenty of character.

Combined with the use of lime render throughout, a 100% natural material with gorgeous texture, we’ve created the perfect backdrop to create scroll-stopping images.

Designed by a photographer obsessed with texture and natural light, every space has been carefully created for its purpose, including a curated selection of furniture and props to complete the aesthetic.

Access is easy, ground level, with 5 bi-fold opening french doors, large enough to bring in furniture to be photographed. There’s parking on site for 4 cars, plus plenty of free street parking.

A selection of props and furniture is included with every hire, and everything is designed to be easily moved around the studio. There’s also a huge rendered background (double sided pink/white) on rollers.

Studio

Open space with vaulted ceilings to 4.5m. High narrow window, great for full length portraits, plus numerous french doors (doubles and bi-folds). The wall mounted TV can be connected to laptop via cable.

Current furniture includes brown vintage sofa and armchair, two vintage cane chairs, tea trolley, indian chest, various low stools/tables, moroccan rug.

Linen curtains in ‘oatmeal’ and a rust coloured curtain on the high window.

Vintage pine table

Green Room:

This room can be set-up as a bedroom with gorgeous french linen, a sitting room with beige sofa, or as a make-up and dressing room with make-up chair, table and mirror. There are two clothes racks also included.

Bathroom:

Huge walk-in shower with wide seat – rain shower and hand held, half heigh rendered wall instead of glass avoids annoying reflections.

Exterior

Plenty of options to use the vintage doors or rendered walls as a backdrop.
