Welcome to our award winning home recently built near the beach on the sunny Gold Coast! We love our space and would love to share it with you for photoshoots!
So that we can present you our family home in the tidiest state possible, we are generally unable to accept any bookings within the same week of request. Please reach out if you have any questions. Thanks for understanding!

PLEASE NOTE:
*We are not open on Sundays and Mondays.
*We have our beautiful fur baby Cusco ( 8 year old Hungarian Vizsla) who would love to be a part of your day with us. He is super friendly and well behaved. Once he says hello he will laze around and just be a spectator. However we totally understand if it is preferred not to have him around. Please give us plenty of notice and we can arrange for him to be looked after elsewhere for the duration of the hire.

- SHOES Shoes are not to be worn inside. Any shoes that need to be worn for the purpose of the photoshoot must be clean and free of dirt. SPRAY TAN & OILS We kindly ask that all models, crew & staff with any oils and tanning products refrain from sitting or lying directly on our fabric lounges and chairs. Unfortunately these products are extremely difficult to remove and can leave permanent stains. MOVING FURNITURE & ITEMS If you plan on moving any of our furniture please advise ahead of time. We ask that moved furniture are picked up and not dragged along to avoid damage and scratches. If any house items are moved please place them back where they were found. GLASS ITEMS Where possible please avoid taking glass into the pool area. If you require glass item as part of your shoot please take all care and precaution to ensure no glass is broken around the pool. Thank you!
