Amia is a newly renovated single-storey home with a modern Mediterranean aesthetic. The soft neutral colour palette features earthy tones and textures. Natural light floods the interior. The home enjoys open plan living, high-pitched ceilings in the living and dining space with modern furniture and accessories throughout. The large alfresco area overlooks the 16m long pool, fire pit, and pool cabana. Located on 7 acres with plenty of off-street parking.
The house location is in Mudgeeraba available to hire for photoshoots and filming.
Please note: half day booking includes living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and outdoor areas only. For use of the full house including all bedrooms, media rooms and study a minimum full day, 8 hour booking must be made. Please feel welcome to message me with any questions 😊.

Amia was an absolute dream! The most beautiful styling, the most gorgeous light and so many different opportunities for shots inside and outside. Would definitely book again in the future.
