- This property is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay: Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable at any time and may result in the early termination of your stay. No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving. Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas. Please note the HOUSE RULES below. BED LINEN - Please bedlinen with respect. Please don't use body or hair treatments that could stain or bleach the linen. BINS - Place all food / waste into the bins provided prior to leaving. Guests must separate recyclables & compostables (bins under sink) from general Rubbish to make sure you leave space in the small general waste bin for next guest. PETS - Pets are welcome but please let me know if you are bringing your furry friends. We do expect all pet owners to clean and discard all animal wastes. BREAKAGE - Please let us know If anything Is broken or If you accidentally break something during your stay so that we can attend to it. DISHES - Please do the dishes before you leave. CLEANING - If the house is left unusually dirty so that additional cleaning is required this will be charge at $50 per hour.
