Terrible experience The owner of the Property Claire ruined 12mnths of work that all the team had worked so hard for. 1. Disruption of Booking and Breach of Privacy During the shoot, the host disrupted the session and monitored us via cameras. This behaviour not only breached our reasonable expectation of privacy and quiet enjoyment as paying guests but also created a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Unjustified Accusations and Client Distress One of my clients was asked to remove her jacket and the host told her she wanted to take a photo of her in her underwear. She felt insulted, humiliated, and deeply uncomfortable, especially considering she was not violating any terms. She even contemplated going to the police after feeling violated and attacked. Due to the disruption, I had to relocate the shoot at the last minute, incurring additional costs from the photographers who extended their time and travel. Moreover, the altered schedule affected other commitments for those involved. Most critically, I had to refund my clients half of what they paid for the shoot, as they did not receive the full experience they were promised and paid for. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely avoidable. Your platform was not the issue, but the host’s behaviour was unprofessional, intrusive, and unacceptable and I avoid anyone to book this venue

From the outset, Claire was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The property itself is nothing short of breathtaking.
